Personal Photos: Please attach two studio high-quality 13x18 cm. (5x7 inch approx.) head-shot color photos, or e-mail 2 high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) 13x18 digital photos. These photos will be used for publicity purposes.

Repertoire: Each applicant is requested to submit a list of five or more pieces for study during the Mastercourse. These should be works of different styles and periods, as indicated below, which have been previously studied or performed.
