Requirements for Acceptance, Auditions, Insurance, Application Form
Candidacy: Violin pupils who have studied the violin for at least 4 years and have good control of the instrument, including positions, are eligible to apply.
Auditions: An audition is not required, but acceptance is conditional upon the recommendation of the pupil's personal violin teacher.
Cost: Tuition ranges from NIS 400 to NIS 490, depending on date of payment. Tuition includes personal lessons and participation in concerts, accommodations in a dormitory, and all meals. Each participant is assigned a practice room. Participants may use the Keshet Eilon Music Library to photocopy violin scores. Assistance in caring for and repairing instruments is available in our violin- and bow-making atelier.
Requirements for participation: • All participants must attend the entire seminar. • Participants below age 10 must be accompanied by a parent or other adult. • Participants must bring insurance documentation for their instrument and for any other valuable possessions.
