Keshet Eilon sends heartfelt condolences to the families of the fallen IDF soldiers and wishes a speedy recovery to the wounded.Along with all Israelis, we pray for the return of the hostages and the safe return of our security forces.
Updates from Keshet Eilon
- Since Kibbutz Eilon’s members and Keshet Eilon were forced to evacuate at the onset of the war – we have put all available Keshet Eilon campus apartments at the disposal of the IDF and the soldiers guarding the Lebanese border, allowing them to rest and recharge.
- We received a photo from Oren Levin – a Keshet Eilon graduate–that will surely raise everyone’s morale. He is on his tank and entertaining his comrades with his violin. Way to go, Oren – your muses are certainly not silent. See you at Keshet Eilon after the war!
- And in the spirit of these times – we were glad to see the picture of Adam Korman – Keshet Eilon’s dear violin maker – who took time off from his studio in Tel Aviv to pick tomatoes in the fields of the Western Negev on the Gaza border. We are so proud of you, Adam, and many more Board members volunteering to support the Kibbutzim in the South.
Keshet Eilon’s Winter Seminar, December 2023
- Keshet Eilon’s Winter Seminar, December 2023, will take place. We are now developing an alternate plan that will allow us to continue our tradition of hosting seminars and nurturing musical excellence and love of art in string players from across the country.
Naturally, we will make all the information available as soon as possible.
Cancellation Notices
- According to the instructions, we had to postpone the October and November 2023 concerts. We will meet again in the Bar-Uryan concert hall on better days that we hope will come soon.
- Unfortunately, the inauguration ceremony of The Golden Path and the ensemble hall, planned for November 23rd in the presence of the donors, will not occur. We pray for a time of peace in which we can once again walk on this beautiful path.
