Love in Words and Music

Pianist Yehuda Inbar, journalist and broadcaster Yaron London, and violinist Nitzan Bartana come together for the first time in an unconventional program centering on the unique bond between Clara and Robert Schumann and Johannes Brahms.
The program features sonatas and romances alongside excerpts from the artists’ diaries and letters, offering a glimpse into the deep friendship and love behind the music.

The concert focuses on the English vocal tradition, from the Renaissance to the present day, combining courtly songs by Dowland, Morley, Gibbons, and Purcell alongside Irish folk songs and melodies by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. The varied pieces are woven together in intimate, sensitive arrangements, creating a rich texture of voices and period instruments, recorders, historical guitars, Baroque cello, and percussion.

Ensemble Metzo is an Israeli musical group. The ensemble was founded in 2015 by recorder artist Dorit Florentin. All of the ensemble’s members specialized in performing early music on historical instruments after advanced studies at leading centers for historical performance abroad.
Ensemble Alma, Israeli Women’s Voice, is a unique and original vocal group offering a fresh, distinct sound in the Israeli music scene, creating a moving encounter between the worlds of classical, popular, and ethnic music.

The concert program brings together two monumental masterpieces from Johannes Brahms’s chamber repertoire, alongside the French refinement and enchanting lyricism of Gabriel Fauré. It offers a fascinating look at two poles of late Romanticism.

Tali Karavitz is one of the most highly regarded violists and pedagogues on the classical music scene in Israel.
Yoni Gotlibovich runs an extensive career as a chamber musician and as artistic and pedagogical director of prominent musical projects in Israel.
Pianist Shir Zamel runs an international career as a soloist, chamber musician, and faculty member at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.

The Tremolo percussion players meet the Israeli Philharmonic winds.

An imaginative and intriguing musical show, in which the story of Creation takes a surprising turn!
A sweeping musical journey through the story of Creation, seen through the eyes of the serpent, accompanied by live performances of classical percussion pieces, played with full force by a tremolo performer, leading the audience through an extraordinary experience of sound, story, and emotion.
