Lin Tokura, 13, currently studies with Dr. Robin Wilson at the Yehudi Menuhin School in England. In 2025, she became the youngest finalist in the 37-year history of the Eastbourne Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition in the UK, receiving the Runner-up Prize, along with the St Cecilia Bequest Award and the Duke of Devonshire Award, both recognizing the best performer under 18. She made her orchestral debut at 11 as the winner of the Cascade Symphony’s Rising Star Competition in Washington State and has since appeared as a soloist with orchestras in the United States, including the Seattle Symphony, Olympia Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia Northwest, Seattle Festival Orchestra, and Bellevue Chamber Orchestra, as well as the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra in Canada.
She plays a Nicolò Amati (1669) loaned by Nippon Violin.
