Yinan Zhao, violinist and doctoral student, is currently studying at the Central Conservatory of Music and the Stauffer Academy, under the guidance of Prof. Zhang Ti and Maestro Salvatore Accardo. Zhao has received awards in several international competitions. In 2023, he won First Prize and the Ysaye Award at the Belgium Ysaye International Music Competition and the Grand Prize at the Enkor International Violin Competition. He also received Fourth Prize at the Khachaturian’s 120th anniversary International Violin Competition and was a semifinalist at the 20th Khachaturian and the 74th Viotti International Competitions.
